In Death of Typography’s Market section, you can find Fonts available for purchase under a Commercial Licence. When you download these Fonts, you will receive both desktop (.OTF) and webfonts (.WOFF and .WOFF2) formats.
With this licence, you are free to:
- Use Fonts for personal and commercial works on up to 5 workstations within your organisation or household.
- Use Fonts on websites with a maximum of 50,000 unique visitors per month
- Create images and documents for print and screen purposes, including but not limited to book covers, signage, logos, etc., using the Fonts.
However, you are not free to:
- Sublicense, sell, rent, or distribute Fonts privately or through third-party services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Fonts or create derivative works.
- Use Fonts in political/religious communication, NFT artwork, or illicit/illegal material promoting discrimination.
By downloading any of our fonts under our Commercial Licence, you automatically agree to Death of Typography’s End User Licence Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions in this EULA, do not download or purchase any of Death of Typography’s fonts under our Market section.
